Nissen protects the privacy of Customers as well as of Shareholders according to the rules below:
1. The purpose of use of Personal Information possessed by Nissen
Nissen shall use its customer’s names, addresses, telephone
numbers, date of birth, e-mail addresses ( as collectively "personal
information") for the purpose of :

providing Nissen
or Nissen group’s products, catalogs and direct
mails (DMs) and after-care service, service including
new product and service information to customers. |
| (2) |
providing information
in relation to the sales activities of its Direct Marketing
business and direct sales business including events
and local exhibition matters and other proposals
to customers.

providing catalogs
and DMs to companies, having relationships with
Nissen or Nissen group. |
| (4) |
computing
statistics for
marketing, sales
activities and
product planning |
| (5) |
investigating
creditability
and solvancy
when customers enter credit obligation with Nissen |
2. Control and provision of Personal Information
Personal information shall be strictly handled by Nissen Co.,
Ltd. according to the laws and regulations for the protection
of personal information. Note that these are not disclosed
to third-parties except for the cases following below:

The case when an
agreement or acceptance is obtained by customer side. |
| (2) |
The case when the
personal information is transferred to the outsourcing companies
or agencies ( ex: the printing company for the address labels
of catalogs, the consumer credit card companies when their
credit card were used to pay for purchased goods and agencies
that collect irrecoverable cash generated when customer side
does not pay for purchased goods) in order to achieve the objectives
of Nissen delivering its products and service to customers. |
| (3) |
The case when the
personal information is transferred to Nissen’s subsidiaries
in order to facilitate Nissen group’s sales activities. |
| (4) |
The case when personal
information is registered in consumer credit file agencies
/ organization and these are used by Nissen
 |
In order to investigate customer’s creditability
and solvency, Nissen refers to registered personal information
possessed by consumer credit file agencies or organization
having contractual obligations with Nissen. |

Personal information based on the transactions in relation to customer’s contract with Nissen
is registered for a specific period (see table below)
in consumer credit file agencies or organization and
customer’s creditability and solvency are subject
to be investigated with specific scope within the memberships
in credit file agencies or other affiliate organizations. |

The case when consumer
credit card companies request personal information from Nissen
to investigate and confirm unauthorized or improper use. |
| (6) |
The case when Nissen
is required to disclose personal information by the laws
and regulations of personal information. |
3.
Provision and correction
of Personal Information
Personal Information
collected by Nissen Co., Ltd.
shall not be transfered to third parties except for the
case below :
The case when the personal
information is transferred
to outsourced companies
or agencies ( ex: the printing

of catalogs, the consumer credit
card companies when credit
cards were used to pay for purchased

when customer side does not pay

5. Registration of personal
information to consumer
credit file agencies

In order
to investigate customer’s creditability and solvency,
Nissen refers to registered personal information possessed
by consumer credit file agency having contractual obligation
with Nissen. |

Personal information
based on the objective dealing facts in relation to customer’s
contract with Nissen is registered for specific period
(see table below) in consumer credit file agencies affiliated
with Nissen and customer’s creditability and solvency
are subject to be investigated with specific scope under
the memberships of consumer credit file agencies or other
affiliated organizations.

Note: If Nissen
participates, registered in new consumer credit file agencies
during the term of contract above to use personal information,
Nissen issues letters to inform its customers and assumes
that agreement or acceptance is obtained from them. |

As noted under(3), the personal
information including name, date of birth, telephone
number, name of company/organization, type of contract,
date of contract, name of purchased product and amount of purchasing, number of payment under, number of reminders, monthly payment condition are subject
to be considered fully or partly by Nissen. |

6. Cancellation of
use and provision of Personal
Information
| (1) |
Although
agreement or acceptance of use of personal information is
obtained from customer side, Nissen and Nissen group shall
stop to use personal information if cancellation of use or
provision of personal information is requested by customer
side. However, personal information could further remain at a minimum level for Nissen and Nissen’s group
to provide services to customers. |

Cancellation of use and provision of Personal Information
by Nissen shall be proceed if following request from customer's side to the address below via E-mail, telephone or postal direct
mail.
